Sate your sweet tooth: Next to the Rainbow Bridge is a kitschy soft-serve cone-shaped shop--the Twist o' the Mist, where you can snag super-sized scoops of Perry's Ice Cream.
History lesson: Trace the formation of the Niagara Falls through various exhibits and with a short movie at the Schoellkopf Geological Museum.
